esc fan

Hey Y'all! I have recently completed A T-maxx electric diy conversion. Seems to work fine. But.... I have a problem with my esc fan. When i run the esc with a bec output of 6,1 volts it works fine and blows just fine.... However, when i program the bec output to 7,4v the fan starts out blowing...
