    Power Supply's Portable power supply

Hi Graham wiring the volt meters is easy just a case of two wires I used the Futaba extension leads and connections to make it easy for when you pop the lid on just connect up. on the 12v side I used some ring connections onto the binding posts.

Cml001 I forgot to mention about how I cut the plexi its a bit late I no . well first I did not take the plastic film of good protection and easy to see the lines put onto it. then make a template out of thin ply or cardboard anything very easy to work with. then I marked out with template and...

    Power Supply's Portable power supply

Slobberdog is correct you don't want anything to get hot or melt. Cml001 wow that charger you got is a beast 500w at 12volts I make that 41amps. Power Supply's Portable power supply

Hi cml001 sorry for the delay but no worries I will get back to you. Power Supply's Portable power supply

Cml001 patience my friend once you sort out what your putting the power supplys in it does not seem long before its finished. If you use the same idea as me and have ply wood or something similar to keep the power supplys in place it makes it easy to use a template say out of cardboard this made...

    Power Supply's Portable power supply

]cml001 I hope you enjoy the build as much as I did. Regarding the ventilation I did not want to drill holes in a good pelican case I preferred to keep it water and dust proof and then maybe later I could use it again for something. Tony assured me no extra fans would be needed however I did put...
