General Moving On

I haven`t said anything about this on social media or any of the forums, but I have lost one of my sponsors. Not due to being let go, but because as of Jan 2019, they have shut down the factory.

Zeal Blades is officially gone. I have to admit that I shed some tears over this, because I was with them from the very beginning and I truly believe in them.

But they say that every time a door closes, another one opens. So as I announce the loss of a great sponsor, I also announce that I will be flying for KBDD International for the foreseeable future.

I have been flying with KBDD blades on my machines for the past couple of months, and putting them through the wringer to make sure I liked them, and could honestly promote them.

I was officially added to the team roster last night, and our team captain announced it today. I`m excited and saddened at the same time, but times change and nothing lasts forever.

That really sucks about Zeal, but KBDD is an awesome brand. I have flown quite a few of their blades and the only ones that I didn't quite like was the plastic 600 tail blades. Not a quality issue, just didn't like them lol.

That is awesome that you are flying for them though. Now you can keep killing blades in awesome fashion lol.

Hahaha.. I don`t kill many of them anymore....knock on wood. They approached me back in January, when they heard about Zeal shutting down. I told them I couldn`t join them at that time, because I had never flown their blades at that point in time. I didn`t want to seem, or feel like a "discount hunter". Sooooo.... they sent me two sets of 690mm blades to try, and I have been quietly testing them for a while.

Congratulation Geena, sorry to see Zeal go but life moves on, KDBB have been around for a long time, I used them on my smaller helicopter years ago when I started out.
Haven't seen any of the larger ones available in Australia , only tail blades.
