Quad Best Frame For The Money

I have been looking around for a bit at quad frames and the number of styles out there is crazy. I am going to build a 250 size and want a carbon fiber frame which is very strong. I also want it to have the ability to be customized with whatever I plan in the future as far as FPV goes. I would prefer to purchase my stuff from amazon or wherever and not purchase from any chinese sites to avoid problems if a return is needed. I'd like to stay around $30 or so if possible.

For that price, you are looking at things like the Blackout clones or the like. I just received a quad today that looks OMG HELLA STRONG with a very thick frame, but is well out of your price range.

The one I have supposedly are indestructible and they are made by fossil.
