This is from a YT channel called Jimmys World. He is a real airplane pilot that goes around and looks for, and possibly fixes, abandoned airplanes to see if he can get them started. In typical YT fashion, his is silly and sarcastic most of the time... but he is serious about it despite all of that.
Naturally, RC airplanes had to come into the channel at some point and since he's never flown one before... it's some pretty good fun to watch. In this video, he goes to a local ( to Florida ) RC field and tries to see what he can swap for starting with only a $1. Later, he tries to fly an E-Flight PnP Jet he picked up from a local HobbyTown.
