Can the DX6e be connected to a computer and used as an input for a flight simulator? If not, which one can?

To use that Tx with a sim you would need the wireless adapter. I tried looking for it and I couldn't find it. As for the second part of your question, just about any Tx that has a trainer port in the back of it will work on a sim, DX5e, DX6i, DX6, DX7, DX8, DX9 and so on. And that is just Spektrum, JR, Futaba and others will also work as long as there is a trainer port.

It definitely looks like a nice Tx, that's for sure. And if you were referring to the simulator, there is no better practice you can do than to jump on there for an hour a day or so.

Do you know of a place to download phoenix RC sim?

Nope, and even if you download it, you will still need the cable in order to activate it.
