Trucks Wheel Wobble

I have been noticing this wheel has some play in it. I took the hub apart last night but couldn't find anything wrong. The bearings are as smooth as silk. There is no noticeable wear on the shaft. For a truck this old there shouldn't be any wobble in it. When I roll it on the ground there is significantly more wobble. I don't know what else to check. The bearings fit into the axle carrier tightly. Here is a little video.

check the hub inside the wheel where it attaches to the hex drive. You may not have them tight enough. You can make shims with construction paper to take up any play.
