Warning From Google Chrome

If you have received the large red page warning you about this site, I can assure you, there is nothing unsafe about Rc-Help. I have no idea why it all of a sudden started, but have made some changes and sent a request to google to be removed from their list. I have an idea where it is, and sadly, it has NOTHING to do with the site you see. It's something in the background called "Reverse DNS, or rDNS" and is for the mail system. I have since removed it though to see if it helps.

Yet another uphill battle for Rc-Help. Seems like they never end...

Thank you for doing that. And yes, it's VERY frustrating. I have no idea where any of this came from. We have the same code we have had on the last 4 servers and never got anything like this. In fact, when adsense was hacked and we were getting redirects to porn sites, this never popped up. But now, with everything going very smoothly it rears it's ugly head just to make my headache worse (literal headache that I woke up with this morning).

I am actively working on the issue. I have changed a lot of code on the site in hopes it will help remove Rc-Help from this list. If it doesn't, then I will try something else. Like driving to google in california and slapping them around a bit lmao. :bitchslap:

I have completely updated all add code on teh site. And even then, it doesn't make sense as this is the exact ad code that I have had on 4 different servers. But, it's updated with code I pulled from google today. I'm awaiting on a response from them, but could be up to 72 hours before I hear back. And by that time I will be in Baton Rouge working my butt off with hardly no time for the site. Can't win for losing it seems.

It's only on chrome because that is the only browser owned by google. And sadly, it's the one that I have told everyone to go with. Kind of like shooting myself in the foot with that one...

Tony I had the same issue as a company IT Manager, the previous user of a new IP address had been blocked and we had to apply to get that IP address removed from the black list took about 48 hours.

Yup, I'm hoping it's that simple. I'm just hoping that the damage isn't too extreme with the members. The last thing I needed right now is a bright red screen telling people that we are a phishing site trying to get their credit card info. I have no idea where this came from since I have never asked for a credit card for the site, only on the store which we do not have anymore. But I have started the process with google and as they stated, it can take up to 72 hours. So now, it's a waiting game.

After some more research, yandex is who has blacklisted the site. google is showing us in the clear. So chrome is pulling the info from yandex and tossing up that red screen. I have a request for them to rescan the site, but no date on when this could happen. Just know this site is safe and I'm trying my hardest to resolve the situation.

Just for the record Tony, when I encountered the phishing warning I used the report an error link on that page. I tried to pm you about the warning message via my iPad but it kept kicking me out. Looks like you've got it corrected! Way to go!!!

The fight is not over yet guys. Nade, thank you for doing that, it has seemed with all of the requests we sent Google, I have been removed from being blacklisted on Google. However, I still remain blacklisted on Yandex and it could come back to Google. I'm awaiting a review from Yandex to be removed from them.

I'm not sure if I posted this in here, but Yandex is the whole reason for all of this mess. Because of them, google decided my site was not safe. This is a company half way across the world and they are causing me headaches. But hopefully the issues will be over with the HUGE RED SCREEN. Only time will tell.
