Other turnigy 9xr pro connecting to sim with jr connection

i need some help i am trying to connect my 9xr pro to my neXt flight but having problems
it keeps flashing on my transmitter shutting down and docent seem to be connecting at all
please can someone help

I don't know for sure but some radios need to be powered off to work in the sim. The 9X had to have the TX modal removed to work on the sim. If neither of those work I can't help much. It's possible that the trainer port is bad. My 9X has a short in the Jack and only works sometimes. I don't use that radio anymore since I got my DX6 and vcontrol.
