It seems my little fix it just keeps adding on. I'll take a step back and tell the whole story.
In the last few months I have assembled this 450L with a 3GX and got it dialed right in nicely ( with some helpful advice from Tony and others). While flying one day I hit the tail a little hard during landing. It actually bent the tail shaft ever so slightly. OK, I replaced the tail shaft and started up. Essentially, it did what was in the video and I lost some tail control and had a hard landing clipping the main rotor on the ground. That bent the main shaft. With that replaced (and the issue with the thrust bearing on a previous thread) I'm back to this stage. What getting me is everything seems to be aligned as I spool up. If I switch to stunt mode and 80% throttle it happens instintly, if I do a slow spool up you see the results after a bit. Any ideas on what's happening there? A second note is that the tail blades are VERY close to the ground (reason for the plywood). Any tricks for adding some clearance?
