450 tail servo will not center

On my 450 sport the align ds 520 servo will not center if i move the stick on my transmitter (DX8) left the blade will go to the left when i let off back to center stick the blades go all the way to the right. I crashed this heli and had to put a kit in this servo. If there is video on this tail servo set up please guide me to it. Thanks for any help.

Does the arm start at the right and go back there? Or only after you move it to the left?
Heres a picture to make sure you have the gears in correctly.

Did you re centre the servo arm at 90º?

Lee, the servo is all the way right then all the way left. The servo acts like there is no center.

I'd double check the gears are in the right way.
Could be the Pot is damaged in the servo.

That's what I am thinking too Lee, pot might be bad.

Thanks i will check the gears. But i think it may be the pot you are talking about.

If you have a spare servo, plug it into the rudder port. This will tell you if its a servo issue or something else.
If you don't have a spare, just plug in one of your cyclic servos to the rudder port.
