General T-Maxx 3.3 shifting question

I would like to know how the transmission shifts into second gear. Does it work on a centrifugal system of some sort?

Yes it works on cintrifugal force. There is a little rubber plug covering a hole in the trans. This is the access hole to adjust the shift. But unless you are running on a track, don't touch it. Bad things happen.
