450 Swash plate problem found..... Help!

Hello all,
As its rain and wind for the next few days, and ive got to change my stripped gears again anyway, i have been going through everything again on the 450L to check, and have found a problem. The swash is perfectly level at mid stick, 50%, but at zero the back is too low, and at 100% the back is too high. Simple right, just alter the elevator travel adjust.......
No!
If i do this, ie drop each limit to say 90%, i get massive servo creep. It makes the problem even worse!
Any ideas anyone?

No, no subtrim. I think i have a little on the aileron.

If you are using a 3gx then do not use end point adjustments it freeks out the 3gx

Thanks, that could explain the creep. Perhaps i should try hitting it with a hammer!

I think servo adjustment should only be done in the FBL unit, otherwise as Graham said, it freaks out seeing uneven trim.
