Just wanted to know do I install the VORTEX SPARTAN VX1E on my SAB 280 Fireball helicopter and plug in all connections? And Can anyone Help Please on the set up with a spectrum DX9

I'm not quite sure I understand the question. If you are wanting to use this gyro, yes it would have to be installed on the helicopter. It should have a manual that will tell you how it can be mounted and where to hook each servo lead up. It should also provide info on what settings to put into your DX9 for a basic setup. Below is my basic helicopter setup guide, not sure if it will help or not though.

Unfortunately I have never set one of those gyros up so I'm not sure how to set them up. Basically I would just be reading off of the manual. Below is a link to their website with what looks like a walk through to set that gyro up. Hope it helps.

I've also never used the Vortex but it has a reputation for being easy to setup. You just need to study the manual carefully and work through the setup methodically step by step. Nothing we can tell you here will describe the process better than the manual already does.
