JR Servos

I'm trying to set up a Jr 11x with an icon HD. I hooked all the servos up like it's supposed to and they are just all over the place none of the sticks match up this is on a 600 and align helicopter

Have you setup the ikon according to the manual? With a FBL you cant just plug in the servos and receiver and expect it to work correctly. The FBL neeeds to be setup to suit the specific installation, equipment and heli mechanical layout etc.
Also the transmitter needs to be set to swash type 'single servo' (sometimes called 'normal). You must not have the swash set to 120 deg like you would have for most flybar helis. Swash mixing is done in the ikon.

The setup instructions in the software covers all of this and has to be followed methodically.

PS... you would be better putting this question in the helicopters sub forum and changing the title to 'iKon setup' or something similar. You problem is nothing to do with servos.
