I'm converting a flatbed army truck into a tipper. I've got the linkages all sorted, but the servo will only rotate about 90°, and it's supposed to be a 180°. I bought 2 and they're both the same. I've tried a standard one and it's the same. I need a 180°rotate to make the mechanism work properly. I've checked the program set up in the tx, and the channel is at its max (120%).
Am I doing something fundamentally wrong?

If in your travel adjust menu you are maxed out, then the only option that I can think of is getting a transmitter with a wider µs band.

Just a thought, try a winch servo for model yachts they rotate 360° maybe you will be able to get that to work by limiting travel to 180°.
