Servos Servo Horn Alignment

Lotta cool things on those heli's but that frame is kinda hideous! I suppose if one had a hundred and fifty five servo horns they could level their servos, without trim adjustments and such.

Shouldn't you be in bed?

The manufacturer's aren't far away from me by USA standards, maybe if I ask nicely they'd make some for my T-Rex :drools:

I have a few adjustable servo horns that I tent to use on the tail servo because with many FBL controllers you cant centre the tail servo with subtrim in the FBL. These are what I use: 3 x KST Adjustable CNC Metal Servo Arm for KST Servos | eBay

Hi Steve, they look great! pity that they aren't universal, or are they? What outside diameter are the KST servo spindles? I suppose one could do something with the bushing and the pinch bolt does the rest.

Seems like the way to go if I have to change servos or the choice on a new build.

Thanks for the link.

The ones I linked will fit any servo with standard Futaba type splines. I think there is a version for alternate spline pattern too.

I have seen those before, and I think they do have different size splines, I use the wheel of fortune wheel type horns on all my tail servos though.

I made my own servo horns the other day.
May be a bit big for my heli :biggrin1:

Damn Lee big enough? I don't think it will fit on the garbon all that well though. Maybe on the warp, LMAO?

Sorry for hijacking a thread :(

Heres the rest of the pics.
Two of these go on the rudder auto pilot system, of a yacht we are building at the moment.
If anyone is building an SAB Goblin 6000, I can sort you out some ;) LOL
