Servos Servo Cycling When Switch Turned On

What causes my retract servo to cycle when my landing gear is down and I turn on my radio (spektrum dx8) then my airplane?
It doesn't do a full recycle maybe a half, but that causes a problem when my plane is resting on the ground.

This sounds like a failsafe issue. When you bound your Rx to your Tx, where were your retracts? Might want to do a rebind and see if it fixes the issue. Or, you can try changing the position of the switch where they are down just to see if that is causing an issue.
