Batteries "Series" setup

To get a Series setup, how does that work? For example, a 10S setup, can I use a 6S and a 4S or is it strictly two 5S lipos?

You can use a 6 and 4 s setup, but you will want them to be the same mah and C so that it's not trying to drain one faster than another.
