General Rudder not working

Spektrum ar7210bx channel four will not work. All other servos working,tested the servo on servo tested checked okay. Using a Spektrum D9 BE.

Maybe you have the tail gain turned right down close to zero?.. The tail servo won't move if you have gain right down.

The servo will not move, I tested on a servo tester, it worked.

Almost certainly something in the setup of the AR7210. As mentioned in my last post if gain was at zero the servo would not move, so that's one thing to check

Channel 4 is not working at all. I have narrowed that down the AR has not been set up yet. The gain on the DX9 shows all 5 points set to zero with the Expo inhibited,with the switch in the number 1 section.
