After having a low battery warning I replaced the batteries and now when I turn the radio on I get raw input test which I cannot get out of. Would appreciate any help..
Attach a trainer cord, and have another radio in trainer slave mode (ie, plug in cord, don't turn on the power switch).
Next it will show all white LCD. Click aileron and rudder trims to the left.
Next is all black. Click aileron and rudder trims to the right.
thanks tony...tried the top one but not sure what you mean about backing up files on the tx..not very articulate about electronics...thanks for the reply..Okay, I just did some more research on this and have read a few different things. I"m hoping you can just hit every switch (it will remove them from the bottom of the screen when you do. Do the roller click last) to cure the issue. There is another way I found which you still have to do the above, but once you are done you will get a low battery warning. If you get this, plug a 3.5mm cord into the back (acting like a trainer) and power cycle it quickly. It should return to the main menu. If it does, back up your files on the Tx! Because if you restart it, it will likely give the same warning.
If none of that works, and you have another Tx with a 3.5mm trainer chord, you can do what I have posted below to see if it will work. However, if none of that works, you will have to send it in to Horizon for service.
thanks for that but at present i do not have an sd card in the tx..have only had it for a short while but looks like i will need one eh...thanks tony...tried the top one but not sure what you mean about backing up files on the tx..not very articulate about electronics...thanks for the reply..
