Before the server crash I never had issues uploading a photo from my phone. Now I have to attempt to reduce the size. Were there some changes made to the max file size or dimensions?

What is the size of the photos you are trying to upload? I'm pretty sure I had the old server at the same as I have this one now (as explained in Randy's link). Unfortunately, that particular file on the sever was lost when the drive decided to die, so I have no way of knowing the exact size I had it set to.

If your using Windows I find the MS Image Resizer the easiest it adds on to Windows explorer and can bulk resize as well as a variety of preset sizes , it will reduce a 5.17 Mb file to 62.4 Kb at its lowers setting (Phone)
