Ordered From Usa Warehouse & I Received This...

If you live in the USA and you order from a USA warehouse from a chinese based company, you expect that you can use everything that comes in the box. Not so is the case of my latest order. I received a new package yesterday, video coming soon, and this is what they sent to charge the battery... It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't 10 volts. Not 9 volts, not 12 volts, both of which are common here, but 10 volts. Will they ever learn?

Here in New Zealand we use 230/240v and a different plug than US, UK and China so everything comes with an adaptor in the box.

Isn't yours just an angled version of the standard US plug? I seriously wish they would just standardize all of this stuff. Hopefully NOT with the European plug... They are MASSIVE lol.

This is ours, Australia too I think.
I have tried twisting the straight ones but normally it's a power supply of some sort and something breaks.

Yup, just like ours. Except we have a hot, neutral and a ground. You guys have two phases of hot and a ground/neutral. The same as our 220. Of course we also have a 4 prong plug that they push now days that is two phase power, neutral (which is nothing more than a ground) and then a true ground just in case something is leaking somewhere.
