Hey guy's ,
Are there any OLD CAR lover's in here ?

I have a 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Sedan ( POST ) the one the
Thunderbolt was made from .
It has some problem's as a almost 50 year old car would .
Had to have lower 1/4's put on because they was bad .
The guy before me put Glass and Bondo in the hole and I cant
have that in my ride . I cut them off and got lower
quarter's from another 64 down South good metal .
Had a body shop put them on for me .

Now all metal . wooo hooo .
It's a 260 V8 all original with auto .
Going to build a 302 to a 331 stroker ,supercharged .
550 hp to 600 on pump gass and 20 MPG . C4 trans with shift kit
reverse valve body and 8.8 with 373 gears .
Was going to do the 9" but the 8.8" ( 31 spline ) is a lot lighter and will hold the hp
Anyway just some talk about old ride's would be fun ,

I guess you can call it classic. I'm about to try and put my ole 71 Chevy truck back on the road. Trying to decide between a Gen I SBC with a 700R4 or 400TH transmissions, and a Gen II LT1 with 4L60E. Can't make up my mind on what engine I want to put in it...

More info can be found on this truck over on www.brokeauto.com. Need suggestions, so post up over there!
