General No Tail control

I need help from you experts. Whenever I try to take off, my E-Razor 450 starts spinning counterclockwise and I have no tail control at all. I connected the tail servo to the rudder channel to center it and I have rudder movement. I was using a GY192 gyro but since I could not solve the problem, I installed a KDS 800 gyro and also replaced the tail servo with a ES08MD digital servo. I turned the DS switch to on in the gyro and set the delay all the way to 0 since I'm using a digital tail servo but the problem still the same. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like either your gyro is reversed, or your Tx is reversed on the gyro/tail servo.
