It may run hot with the stock gears from what I've read on other forums...

tntpoof Member Sep 6, 2017 #3 you can run it on 3 cells but why.. gearing will have to be lowered as in pinion and battery tray or hold down wont work this is a 2 cell stadium truck made to run on 2 cells.. I think you would be pushing its limits if run on 3 cell..
