Hi group. I decided to join after watching a helpful YouTube video on motor/esc/battery matching for a plane. Thank you for that. I have a lot to learn.
I have been flying for about a year now. I started with an apprentice, then quickly moved into getting a couple umx planes, a couple 3-D foamies, then the sukhoi SU – 29 MM. I am really interested in 3d balsa flying, so I bought a 63" nitro planes extra 330. I got the arf cheap from craigslist, so I decided to give a build a try. It's made for gas, but I am going to convert it to electric. It calls for a 4c 0.91cu in gas motor.
Any suggestions on motor would be great. Then I can match the esc and battery from your video. Anyway, I'll be surfing the forums for info. Thanks!
