Boats New brusshless in boat.

I have extreme boat hull and put a brushlesz motor and esc in it.
But i think its to light or some thing cause it wont move hardley when in water
Any ideas?

what motor, what battery, what ESC and what prop?

It's really impossible to diagnose the problem without all the details. It's quite possible that the motor is too low Kv so is just spinning too slow but without the details I cant say. Light weight would only be an issue if the boat floats so high that the prop is not fully submerged.

I took boat out again after swapping props around and its a beast now. But shattered the plastic dog bone looking thing. The cup is still good.
So now i need to find away to connect shaft and motor.
