Motors Need Help Choosing a Motor

I have a Dynam Cessna Sky Trainer that currently has a BM2815A-KV1100 brushless motor in it. The problem I am having with it is that the shaft of the motor is too flimsy and keeps breaking. I am wanting another motor that has a stronger shaft but I am not sure on how to select the motor that will fit my plane. Any help would be appreciated.

Yea, I have been repairing it and repairing it. It seems like the littlest things breaks the shaft off and I have to replace it again. Just wanting to know if there is a motor out there that will work for this plane and has a stronger shaft.
