Micro Nano CP X Shutdown Glitch

I'm having a problem with my Nano CP X, when I'm flying around the whole thing will shut down for a second and then kick back on. Depending on the maneuver I'm doing, this often times causes a crash.

I read on the forum here that the main motor might be causing some kind of overload, which might cause this to happen. I replaced the main motor, no luck. I looked at the circuit board and everything looks okay.

Here's a video of the problem. I'm not adjusting the throttle or even touching the TX during this video.

(The landing skid almost came off when I was filming this. Luckily it didn't, whew!)

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Thanks!

Its hard to say, but you tried one of the things already.
Other possibilities are, loose or bad solder joint. Bad tail motor, or some issue with the board.
I would give Horizon Hobby a call, and send them the video. See what they say.
Good luck.
