Thats copy right stuff. I would double check the lingo in the YouTube licensing agreement.

I think once you put it up as a public video on youtube, its open to who ever wants it.
I'm not bothered. Gives publicity to make money elsewhere. Just did a photo shoot today for some windsurfers. $100 or so for 5 mins work

Yup, all of my videos are protected against copyright. Anyone downloads it and tries to upload it as theirs or to make money, and I will sue them for everything they own.
