So guys, Being new to flying but getting better and wanting to eventually work up to EDF I saw this model online at a fantastic price I had to buy it.

However, Whilst building like a kid at Christmas (super excited) I found some irregularities. Now this is a ARTF model so battery and RX required. I hook up the RX and attach battery to check all ok....... Nose wheel not working???? on investigation I find that the seating plastic cover has been cut, I take it off and find the servo but there is no servo horn. Now let me put you in the picture I have big hands short fingers and not ideal getting in to a small space. Anyway after almost an hour after spending 30 mins going through broken bits box I find a suitable servo arm and fit it. (nose wheel now working. I then tackle the elevator which was a quick link attachment type, there was a missing retaining screw, back to the box of bits and bingo found one. I have now fully repaired and replaced the plane set it up on the transmitter and checked all control surfaces.

All in all a bit of a pain but i'm pretty happy with the results of my efforts, what do you think?

Man that's nice and brings back some memories, first time I saw that plane was on my induction on to my apprentership, they had one outside the main headquarters on the camp,

I think you got a good looking bird there, and as stated before we want to see that thing flying, it's gonna be a peach.
