Quad Motor Screw holes do not line up

Got all my materials today to start building the 250 Quad this one....

The screw holes do not seem to line up with what looks to be the larger hole. Is it ok to drill into the smaller holes that do line up? This is a Carbon Fiber frame.

Just a little to start the screw.

Have you tried turning the motor to line up.
On one of my quads, the motor wires are stuck out to one side, not in line with the arm, to get the holes and motor lined up.

On my 250 quad I had to ream the length of the hole slot longer to get the mount screws to work.

The frame holes are usually slotted and the holes on the motors are on 2 different centers

Thanks.... That is what I ended up doing also. I guess you get what you pay for these. But I knew going in I would be running into issues with the cheap models. First time so I'm going thru the learning cure at a reduced price.... I hope,,,

Now I'm Soldering things up so soon I will be seeing if I have the motors in the right places.
