Prop Motor issue

I just finnished building my Dynam C-47 and i tested the motors and there is a problem. The right motor starts a little bit before the left motor. It starts 2 clicks on the trim tab before the other motor(Does that make sence?) So will this be a problem? When i taxied the plane it wantwd to go to the left.

Raise your throttle stick all the way up, then plug the plane in. It will beep, then when you hear two beeps, lower the throttle stick all the way. This should reset the motors
