Quad motor and frame alignment

I bought a $80:00 quadcopter frame and it's carbon fiber. When I was installing the motors on the frames arms I noticed the screws aren't all in the same place. But the little washer on the motor is perfectly even with the hole in the arm. Is this a problem?

Not a problem at all. If you measure from the center hole out to the outer edge of the screw holes, you will see that there are two different spacings. This is so it can accomidate different size motor hole spacing. The fact that you got all 4 of them in there means your motor will be more secure.
