Quad Lily pad led video

Here's the video on the lily pads mounted on my X4 650MM quad. I can get them to make a stead color or slow flashing colors but not fast flashing colors. And I have one light that just does not want to do right at all.

Yea seems like every time I but some electronics I get a bad one in the bunch. I had it working when I first got it connected to the power but now nothing. I have made sure that the voltage stays 12 volts and under so I know I have not burned it out yet. I can hold the mode button and get it to work in every phase but when I push the set button it doesn't set itself to that mode. Not a real big deal I mainly bought them for orientation and all 4 lights work great for that purpose but they sure do get hot.
