450 Issue building TREX 470LM - Elevator hits 'main shaft bearing block'

I'm building a TREX 470LM. All servos set so the horn is at 90deg to the servo. At no throttle, when I push the elevator stick forward , the elevator horn comes close to the top 'main shaft bearing block', but doesn't hit. At half throttle and up, the elevator horn is almost touching the block and if I push the elevator stick forward a tiny bit, the horn touches the block and starts to bind.

I've checked the build and can't figure out what I've done wrong.

A friend of mine suggested that I swap out the microbeast flybarless system that the kit comes with, with an IKON2 system from the get go. I did this. Could that be tied to my problem?

I'm not a Microbeast user but as i understand it 'setting L' is the Microbeast equivalent of cyclic ring. This is used to limit servo travel to avoid this type of binding. Also check that you havent got too much collective pitch. From memory Align recommend only +/- 11 degrees
