Now you guys are accessories in this bwahahaha
I couldn't stand it. My 500 has been down since April, and I just crashed my 250. So, I had two helicopters sitting here in pieces looking all sad. I couldn't stand it no more. So, I got on Hobbypartz website and started looking for all of the parts for the 250. Wouldn't you know it, the ONLY parts they were out of stock on with the 250 were the parts that I needed. So, I went over to ReadyHeli and put them all in my cart. Yes, Align parts. And below is what I ended up with for a crash that I thought was "not that bad"
For a $35 helicopter, this hurt lol. But, it's getting closer and closer to being totally Align, so I'm happy.
So, I went back to hobbypartz and started looking at all of the parts for the 500. There is no way I'm getting all align for that beast. Total cost for align is over $70 not including shipping. But, I want the 500 back in the air. One flaw in my plan though is that I put the ESC from the 500 on the 600 because the 600 ESC died right as I got it. I just cut my losses on that one. And I can't afford to get another one, and the one that I want is out of stock lol. Anyway, I put everything in my cart, and this is what I ended up with...
How sad is this, I fixed my 500 with the same amount of parts for less money (including shipping). Either way, when I get the parts (and you better bet that the 250 parts will be here LONG before the 500 parts) they will be back in the air. Honestly I can't wait to get the 500 back in the air. I only flew it twice, and I was fighting tracking issues both times. So, when it's rebuilt, I will post another video of it. And, I will get new pics of the "Family" together and post them up.
