I took my T-Maxx out for a while today have to get used to it it is pretty fast get a couple cartwheels today with it flip it upside down and didn't break anything

Is very fun driving it not used to it yet it's my first Nitro that's a little while to get used to it any suggestions

Just keep driving it. That is all you can do.

Try to start my T-Maxx today and start motor just turned over the one way bearing I think if anybody can help helpful

The OWB is a known issue on these. Take it off and clean out the fuel oil that has gotten into it.

So it's not good to soak in a Nitro fuel

 

[Tony]

The fuel has oil in it. This oil doesn't have friction modifiers that will allow the roller bearings to grab onto the crankshaft starter and will cause it to slip. There is special one way grease that you need to use.

I put the one way bearing on the shaft and it spins One Way only does that mean the easy start gears are one of the easy start gear for bad the plastic gear has a lot of wear on it

Only you will be able to tell that. I can't see it. If the gears are stripped, then that is likely your issue.

Have to get a new one way bearing so when I did that I went ahead and ordered the easy start module and new Traxxas EZ start wire harness

When I first started up the wheel spin up real fast is that the clutch bill being bad

Sounds like your idle is set too high or the bottom end is too lean.

 

[Brandon Parker]

what causes spur gear to strip

 

[Tony]

Too much force applied or too loose of a gear mesh.

 

[Brandon Parker]

When I started it my friend had his foot in front of the front will that cause it

if your idle is too high, then yes.
