450 how to upgrade the 3gx

i been having trouble upgrading my 3gx i need some hlep

If you are talking about updating the firmware, check out the video in the link below. The video was made with V3.0, but is the same method on all versions. Hope this helps.

i tried but it always fails it connects but when i hit upgrade it fails

Are you using the correct software on your computer? (ie, 3.1 software to install 3.1 firmware, 4.0 software to install 4.0 firmware)

my 3gx says 2.1 so i want to upgrade it and the software is 3.1

Okay, go into your control panel and then go to "Uninstall A Program". In there, uninstall the 3GX software. Once that is done, restart the computer. AFter restarting the computer, download 3.1 from the link below and install it on your computer. From there, follow the video in the above link to update the firmware.
