ESC how to program Redbrick 70amp ESC

How do you program this ESC using DX6i ? , the instructions ( can`t call it a manual ) are hopeless , it tells you all the options but not how to select them, I really must get a stress ball , don`t tell me to go to HK site , thats where I got the `manual` ,waste of time.

Yes I did, I thought it might be my stupidty but having tried again and again I now believe the damn thing is faulty, yesterday another redbrick 40 went bang as I spooled up, I`m just not buying any more redbricks they piss me off
