Projects How much plane can you get from 1 20"x 30" Sheet of DTFB?

I challenged myself to make a plane as large as possible with as much control as possible as cheap as possible. I know there are many one sheet planes out there but many are made from much larger sheets of material. I used Windows 7 paint because its easy and you can set it up to the exact dimensions of the DTFB and overlay a grid on it. You can print it out full size for a template also.
So here are the plans,

Specs.
KFM2 wing 30 inch wing span 5.5 inch chord Spar is a 30" long BBQ skewer, ailerons on the plan are minimum size, I went with larger ones
22.5 inch long fuse 2 inches wide approx. 2.5 inch height
Rear wing 10x3.5 inch with 3/4 inch elevator
Tail/rudder 5x3.5 inch with 3/4 inch rudder
The long panels are for formers, battery tray, servo/radio tray, firewall and any covers, supports needed.

Parts
1 DTFB $1.00
ST2204 HK Donkey $6.00
7x4 Prop $1.00
HK 15 amp esc $7.00
3 Servos $6.00
Prop adaptor $1.00
Pool noodle and soda bottle caps for wheels with scrap pieces of 3/32" wire for landing gear $2.00
Control rods and horns and linkage stoppers $4.00
Lemon RX $5.00
Battery 500 Mah 3s $4.00

Approx. 37.00

I say approx. because I assigned prices to stuff I have salvaged and or made from basically free components.
I did not get a chance to take pictures of the build process but if you scratch build you can fill in the blanks and most builders put their own spin on assembly anyway.

The plane; I'll call it The One Sheeter Bush Beater

It flies great and it is small enough to take any where! the only limiting factor is flight time due to a small battery!
