I have cleanflight on a naze32 rev6 and everything is connected up right and my receiver is connected pwm but only my aux channels are showing signal on clean flight what do I do?

Sounds like you may have the Tx channels plugged in backwards, refer the list that I put on your other thread about this issue.
What flavor of Naze32 do you have & do you have a manual.
