General Help please

I am building a lawnbot and have a spektrum dx4e transmitter with a spektrum AR6100E. Next i have them hooked up to a sabertooth 2x25 controller. i have everything wored correctly and i paired my remote to my transmitter and it paired as usual and stopped flashing and went aolid but there are no controls to any of my motors. I logged on youtube and saw where you can configure control to makes sticks to work again but it did not work. any help would be greatly alpreciated
