Well I'm sitting hear practicing on the simulator.....I have no flying club to ask this so sorry if it sounds stupid but should I be flying in the sim and for real flying in f mode 0 or 1? just wondering is all. I notice I have to adjust a little when I change to 3d mode 1 and if I'm going to be the best I can be at this heli flying what's was your guy's learning curve on this?

Starting out, I highly suggest that you stay in Normal mode. That way you can learn the helicopter, and if you panic and chop the throttle, it will not plow its self into the ground. Once you are comfortable with flying the helicopter, then I would move to stunt mode or F-Mode. Hope this helps.

Start in f mode 0 for a while. Then move to f mode 1.

F mode is a Specktrum thing. Its their way of saying normal (f mode 0) and idle up 1 or id 1 (f mode 1). I think my th9x calls it f mode also. I have not paid much attention to the switch since i know where the switch is and what its programmed for.
