I have 3 honey bee king 2 in various states of build.
just upgraded the RX to Spektrum AR620
Tx is a Spektrum dx6e or a DX6i
Problem is after connecting ports to correct the swash does not lever to correct position ie left right. Elevator
Am I missing something. Set up as 120degree
Can post a video to see in action.

Welcome to the forum Rocky, video would help, but I would start by double checking the Tx setup.

Not the best at videos. All servos in correct ports. Maybe me in setting the tx up. Followed the video on here to set up. My video is too large. Only 40 secs

Oh wow Rocky. Your swash looks a little twisted on the first photo. You mention you have the set up @ 120. Have you tried switching from 120 to 90? I'm not much help but as you notice...other will chime in like the Admiral.

in idle swashplate level all sevos 90 degrees as per video

Working from memory, I haven't owned a FB helicopter for years.
What do you call idle, is that Idle Up, if so go back to normal mode and do the setup.
Move the throttle up and down, do not worry if it's traveling the wrong direction, When it is at either max or min work out which servo is opposite to the other two and reverse it in the Tx.
If it now moving up when it should be moving down reverse the pitch in the Tx.

Let us know when you have the the pitch working correctly, if the aileron and elevator is not moving correctly that can be fixed in the Swashplate settings in the TX by reversing the settings from positive to negative.

Have 3 honey bee king 2 all set up now. Swashplate, pitch, all servos. The stock lipo is not man enough for the brushless motors i have.
Trying 1400 and 2200 as I have some. Test flight tomorrow.
