ESC esc powered hotwire foam cutter

Ok here it is all done i will be making good use of this soon as i get all the form patterns cut out of ply for the me262 project i have started... I located it here since it is powered by A esc..




Here is the turnigy brushed i repeat brushed esc i got through Ebay for less then 20 bucks free shipping.




And this is the nichrome write i used it comes in a 5ft roll....

I've used an old electric train transformer I had laying around. It gave excellent control of the temprature.

Yeah i have one too.. But i went with this only because they used it on flitetest and it worked great.. I will use the transformer when i build a bigger one to cut whole wings out the wrong on the me262 will be between 65"-75" in length... Then i will bee glassing everything for strength... I also have a YouTube video in my favorites that shows how to make a table one that you can even adjust to cut different angles...all i need is more nichrome wire
