Servos Emax ES08MD Case

I bought there ES08MD from Japan and barely snuged up the screw to my mounting surface and the mounting tab on the case cracked. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions on how to repair. I am considering some epoxy including metal washers to distribute the force. Whatayathnk?

You can use epoxy and it will work quite well. As for keeping this from happening, there is no way. Welcome to china products that are cheap. I would take the screw out and epoxy the whole piece around the crack, then use clear finger nail polish and use that to put the screw in and hold it. Hope it works for you.
