Well I have not bought a plane kit in a while, so had a little extra to spend and ran across EFX Racer in a video.
Thought that it would be fun to fly so I picked one up.
This was the quickest build I have ever done, and NO GLUE anywhere to be used.
You snap the elevator together, screw the wing on with 2 screws, snap the ball links on your control surface, mount prop and nose cone your done....
Well plug in all connectors to you RX , pre-flight checks, GO Fly !!!
I used the 4s 1800mAh A-Spec with a GemFan 5.5x4.3, But I may get an APC 5.5 x 4.5 later and see how it does.
With this setup I noticed I was a bit tail heavy, added 1/2 oz to the front of my battery door and it flew great.
If you like speed and a plane that will fly like it is on rails you can't go wrong with the EFX Racer.
I did do a full power loop and noticed no flex in the wings. Pretty good for a foam plane doing a 95 mph loop... LOL
