Spektrum DX8 question

my DX8 flashes low battery at 7.4v I don't get much usage outta it like this....
I thought I saw somewhere fiddling with the radio that I could change this to a lower
Voltage, if so where is it, or if I happen to find it what voltage should I use???

Hi Rodney, can't remember on the DX8 but on the DX9 you adjust that in System Settings to match the battery that you are using the default for LiPo and LiIon is 6.4, but you can adjust that, sound like yours has been adjusted upwards to 7.4v instead of 6.4v.

Hi Keith, thank you! Yeah this battery doesn't seem to have much staying power,
It may be getting worn out, because it seems like I have to charge the thing everytime I
turn around! Granted I have been setting up a few heli's on it here lately, and I haven't had much
Real flight time on it to see how it does.
I went ahead and ordered a Pulse 4000 mah battery
that should be here any day. I'll see how that goes...
Ahhh that's where I saw that adjustment, knew I'd seen it
when I was going over the radio when I first got it.
